Job Overview:

As an Account Executive, you will be the face of our company, building relationships with healthcare providers and the community to increase awareness and referrals for our home health and hospice services. Your role is crucial in expanding our reach and impact in providing top-notch care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, and physicians.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the home health and hospice sector.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends and competition.
• Represent the company at community and professional events.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experience and service excellence.
• Meet or exceed established performance targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, preferably in home health/hospice.
• Strong understanding of the home health and hospice care industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the state for business purposes.
